Alot of people wonder where they can pick one of these up. They are located in Azuremyst Isle and Wrathscale Point near the southern coast. Both the Alliance and the Horde can kill the Blood Elf Bandits to get these (They are not in the service of the Horde).
*Hint - For lower level characters, it's easier to drown yourself under the boat in Auberdine where you take to get to Valaar's Berth, and then respawn on top of it.
